The first thing that come to people mind when hearing about Odessa is Deribasovskaya Street. The street was mentioned more than once in popular songs about Odessa,was shot in the cinema many times and, of course, was glorified in various literature. This street really deserves so much attention,because it is famous not only for its name, but it was named, by the way, in honor of one of the founders of the city, José de Ribas, but also for its rich history,since it is one of the oldest streets in the city since it was founded and to this day.
This street was loved by tourists, because for several decades it has been one of the entertainment centers of the city: there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, fairs,
shopping centers, souvenir shops and many other places that might interest the guests of South Palmyra.
This street is located in the very center of the historical part of the city, all the most interesting sights such as the Opera House or Primorsky Boulevard
are within five minutes walk, so if, or rather when you arrive to Odessa, do not forget to look at Deribasovskaya, because this is where you really spend Odessa holidays.
